Do you own the flats you show me?
No. We source from a network of local agents across the suburb, and in many cases we work with landlords directly. Your shortlist isn't limited to one person's stock. We work for you, not for a building.
How quickly will I hear from someone?
The same day you get in touch. Most first visits happen within the week. We keep our client list small enough that this stays true.
Bachelors? Pets? Non-vegetarian? Company lease?
Tell us upfront. Mumbai buildings have opinions about all four. Knowing early is what stops you wasting a weekend on a flat whose society was never going to say yes.
What do you do with my details?
We call you. We share only what an agent needs to find you a matching flat. We don't sell your number, and you can ask us to delete everything whenever you like. The long version is in our privacy policy.
